Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Madison West, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was clean. Check in was quick. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was alot of fun for the kids. However, it did seem to get a little too full on the weekend, which isn't surprising. It just felt a little gross with so many kids around, again, not surprising as it is a kids Waterpark. My kids LOVED it, so that's all that matters! Alayna and Mary the lifeguards were very sweet and helpful!

Great value and the bed and sheets were very clean...I'm picky about smells ...sheets and blanket and pillows all really clean. The hotel had a lot of families with kids, but I did not hear anything when in my room . 100% recommend this hotel.

Location & friendliness of staff! Kiara at your front desk went well beyond the call of duty! She is should be recognized for her kindness and willingness to help

My husband and I loved the breakfast offerings - surpassed other places we have stayed. Our room was spacious and clean. Loved also that we could eat right there and not “have” to go out for meals.

The breakfast items were cooked well & nothing seemed to be done cheaply to save money etc. The room was very clean & as if i was the first to use it.
